Unlike other apps, FlatMate.in is the first app that helps you to search shared rooms/apartments based on common likings & interests and not just based on usual factors like location and price range. In other words, we focus on the relationship between potential roommates. A study shows if you share an apartment with a compatible roommate then chances are higher that you would stay longer with each other and will become friends for life.
How does it work?
Register/Sign Up — You must register to the platform either using Facebook and Google account. It helps us to verify your profile.
Create Profile — After registration, you can create your profile for free. While creating your profile you can mention your preferences, interests (pet lover, smoker, etc.) lifestyle(early-bird or night-owl).
Search — You can also search for apartments or flatmates based on your preferences in the locations you’ve chosen.
Get Introduced — When you find someone who shares your interests and way of life, you may call that person immediately if the phone number is public or use the chat option to directly connect with potential roommates. Other users can also see your profile and communicate with you directly if they find you with similar interests.
Move In — Finally, move into your new home with roommates of your choice.
